Today's Journal Prompt: Set Your Intention
Why are you in this program?
What did you set out to achieve/experience as a result of participating in this program?
What is the end result you expect to experience as a result of this program?
Today, your task is to set your intention for what you want to experience as a result of this program. It's important to note that whatever intention you set today, will be met if you stay open to this work and show up for yourself and this retreat.
To set your intention:
1). Write it down in your journal/notebook (ps. we talk about this in the video above)
2). State your intention in an "I AM" format.
As an example: "As a result of this program, I am going to feel or be clear and confident about xyz."
3). You can be as specific or broad as you desire. Just remember, that whatever you set at the beginning, is where you're seeking to go in the end. This will serve as your GPS throughout this course and in our 1:1 sessions.
4). Email your intentions to me when you've completed them: info@alovestyledlife.com
